Uppinakaayi
Uncle (Bootayyana maga ayyu Film:pickle uncle) Lokanath is the guest of honor
at 'Belli Hejje' and he will be speaking on his life in cinema in the last four
and half decades.
Uppinakaayi
Uncle is the affectionate name for veteran actor Lokanath after his short and
effective role in 'Boothayyana Maga Ayyu'. Two jars of pickles were presented
to Lokanath by a villager at the 100 days function of this film in the past. On
27th of October at 5 pm after photo exhibition of Lokanath films in Kannada he
will receive the honor from Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy. Thara Anooradha,
MLC and Chair Person of KCA will preside over the 'Belli Hejje'.
Coming from
theatre such as 'Galileo' Lokanath is known for very professional approach from
the days of 'Gejje Pooje'. His first appearance in national award winning
cinema 'Samskara'. Lokanath CH is basically an industrialist.

Bangarada Manushya, Minchina Ota, Hosa Neeru, Badada Hoovu, Masanada Hoovu,
