Reliance Communications — Iam not getting incoming Calls Since yesterday

I was having CDMA mobile connection, Reliance kept on requesting to change into GSM network, I did so, I bought a new GSM handset and inserted new GSM Sim, but I am not getting incoming calls

I have missed two days business due no incoming calls to my mobile no.
this is utterly due to the irresponsible service from reliance
