Kapil Sharma to Make A Bollywood Debut With Yash Raj Films

Stand up comedian Kapil Sharma, who has now become a household name due to the super success of his TV show ‘Comedy Nights With Kapil’, may soon make his debut on the big screen through the movie called  “BANK CHOR”.

As per the latest reports, Kapil has been signed on by Bollywood’s most prominent production house Yash Raj Films  to play the lead role in one of their three upcoming films.

The film being talked about will be made under the banner of Y Films which is a special filmmaking department of Yash Raj looking after youth oriented films.

Earlier, Y Films have produced films like ‘Luv Ka The End’ starring Shraddha Kapoor and ‘Mere Dad Ki Maruti’ starring Saqib Salem.

It’s not hard to guess that YRF wants to cash on Kapil’s huge fan base.

While the comedian has surpassed almost every milestone in terms of popularity on the small screen, it will be interesting to see whether he succeeds in creating similar magic on the big screen or not.
